Absolutely not! You can start from any fitness level. My program is designed to meet you where you are and grow with you—whether you’re a beginner or getting back into it.

I offer personalized nutrition coaching based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Rather than restrictive meal plans, we focus on sustainable, nourishing habits that support your health long-term.

That depends on your program! Most clients meet with me 1–3 times per week, either in-person or virtually. We’ll create a schedule that works best for you and keeps you accountable.

Yes! I offer fully remote coaching that includes virtual workouts, nutrition support, and check-ins—perfect for busy women or anyone outside my local area.

Your safety comes first. I’ll work with you (and your doctor, if needed) to modify exercises and nutrition strategies that support your recovery and health needs.
